Recently, our Biotechnology and Medical Cohort got to participate in another exciting hands-on learning experience with working healthcare professionals. The session was led by physician Dr. Tamir Salib, pharmacist Sherehan Salib, and anaesthesiologist Dr. Kristin Smith—exceptional professionals and Pacifica parents! With their direction, our Cohort learned how to intubate, practice compression techniques using mannequins, and practice inserting IVs.

 

Coming up next, our cohort will be getting CPR certified with Mr. Marmelstein!
