*For applications submitted after the January 16, 2026 deadline, both the admissions decision and any Financial Aid awards will be made on a rolling basis, as space allows.

Students will use the Admissions Portal to complete the Student Questions and Interests form. Parents will also upload your student’s photo. We look forward to learning more about their passions & hopes for high school.
Use the Admissions Portal to send the Transcript Request Form to your current school's registrar. All families must send the English, Math, Administrator, and Personal/Pastoral recommendation request forms through the portal as well. Rather than a traditional letter of recommendation, we have a Pacifica-specific form which, once completed, is submitted to the Admissions team via the portal directly.
All applicants are required to take the ISEE (Independent School Entrance Exam). To schedule this exam, please click the button below. To register for our on-campus exams, use the event code listed in the applicant's checklist in the Admissions Portal. ISEE At Home and Prometric Test Centers are also available if you have scheduling conflicts.

Family Interviews are the final step in the admissions process. They can be scheduled within the Admissions Portal during the admissions season (September - January). Students applying outside this window should contact our Admissions Office to schedule a meeting.
