Visual Arts teacher, Cameron Bishop was raised in a missionary family in Southern Africa and Europe. He has traveled to 38 countries and has eaten street food on five continents. He met his wife while studying theology at a small Bible college in San Antonio Texas and now has three young adult children. His greatest success is the knowledge that his kids love God, love each other, and their parents. Cameron is a prolific painter and woodworker. His primary mediums are oils and watercolor. He has owned a custom furniture business and has created several commissioned painted works. Cameron has been an artist for over three decades and has taught Art, Language Arts and Linguistics at the university and high school level since 1997. He has earned a BA in Theology from International Bible College, a MA in TEFL and Intercultural Studies from Columbia International University, a second MS in Linguistics and ABD on a PhD in Linguistics from the University of Texas Arlington, and is currently pursuing a DMin from Nelson University.
