To enhance security and functionality within our 1-to-1 iPad program, we are claiming the email domain @pacificaoc.org for use with Apple School Manager. Consequently, any Personal Apple Account (Apple ID) utilizing the school’s email domain will be required to update its email address.
If this change pertains to you, you will receive an email—on or after Thursday, May 14th, 2026—containing instructions to update your Apple Account with a new email address. This email will only be sent to you if you established a personal Apple Account using your school-provided email address.
Upon receiving the email, please recognize that it is a legitimate communication from Apple. The email sender and subject are as follows:
From: appleid.apple.com or appleaccount.apple.com
Subject: Update AppleAccount

None of your personal information will be lost, and you will have 30 days to complete the transition.
