BENEFITS OF THE ACT
  • The standards of the ACT are closely aligned with Pacifica’s curriculum.
  • The data we receive from ACT is robust, specific, and will allow us to adjust teaching accordingly.
  • Students will be more motivated to perform well on the ACT because they have the option of using the ACT score for college admission.
  • ACT provides a free online learning tool for test prep and practice tests designed to support students to boost their ACT scores.
  • The PreACT test provides students with practice for the ACT test and measures progress towards college readiness.
  • PreACT score and predicted ACT score ranges align to the ACT 1-36 scale.
We are thrilled for our students to move towards the PreACT and ACT as part of their college preparatory experience while using the results to continually improve the academic program!
