Pacifica has secured a new property within walking distance of the campus that provides additional parking spaces and 8,500 SF of light industrial space...

This unique property is a game-changer for the Tritons and provides the school with the opportunity to make a number of transformative changes. Our new 20-year lease paves the way for significant enrollment expansion, allowing Pacifica to increase enrollment from 305 students to over 385.

And that's not all. Pacifica plans to use the additional space to develop a state-of-the-art athletic performance training and recovery center that will be available to all Tritons throughout the year. Additionally, this space will provide professional offices for the Business and Advancement Departments.

Pacifica's acquisition and thoughtful development of this new property is a major milestone in the school's history that will impact every Triton. With this new space, the Tritons have the potential to grow, innovate, and thrive for years to come.

A dedicated area to facilitate athletic training and physical conditioning. Featuring top-of-the-line equipment and technology to optimize athlete performance and promote physical well-being.

Turf Field

A designated area designed for athletic training and other sport specific activities. Its synthetic grass surface provides a safe and durable training ground, ideal for athletes to improve their speed, agility, and overall performance.

Batting & Pitching Cages

Retractable net cages are designed for baseball and softball athletes to hone their skills. Provide a controlled environment where athletes can practice their swings and pitching techniques, year-round.

Virtual Golf Simulator

A cutting-edge training tool that allows golfers to practice their swings and play virtual rounds of golf in a realistic environment. Features advanced technology that tracks ball flight and club movement, providing valuable data for improving technique and performance.

Specialized Equipment & Recovery Lounge

A dedicated space designed to help athletes recover and rejuvenate after training or competition. Features a wide range of recovery tools, such as foam rollers, massage guns, and compression therapy devices, to help reduce muscle soreness, inflammation, and fatigue.


Project Budget 

$1,750,000

This project provides the parking required to grow enrollment and tuition revenue by 20% while also providing professional office space for more of our team.

The new 7,000 SF Athletic Performance Training and Recovery Center launches a new era for Triton Athletics, attracting committed student-athletes and coaches while elevating the school's competitive edge. 

All costs are estimates and will likely change as the project moves into construction and nears completion.
