Announcements

As many of you know, this past summer, we secured a 20-year lease on a new property within walking distance of campus that provides additional parking spaces and 8,500 SF of light industrial space. This critically important property paved the way for Pacifica to grow its student body from 305 students to more than 380. 

Now, we are working to develop that space into a state-of-the-art athletic performance training and recovery center—The Triton Lab—that will be available to all students throughout the year. Additionally, this space will provide professional offices for the Business and Advancement Departments.

Interior demolition is finished and we hope to break ground in March. To do that, we are seeking an additional $307,800 in new gifts over the next few months. For clarification, our primary funding needs are still fulfilled through gifts to the Pacifica Fund and at Bloom. The Pacifica Fund is separate from The Triton Lab and is what makes the entire Pacifica experience possible. We hope you will consider giving to both opportunities.
