GATHER YOUR TABLE

Great dinners do not happen with strangers. They happen around tables with friends.

The heart of The Lewis Dinner is gathering people you value—friends, family members, colleagues, neighbors, or members of your church community—and sharing the evening together.

For this reason, The Lewis Dinner is offered exclusively by the table. Each table seats ten guests.

You may purchase a table and invite nine guests, or gather a group of friends and coordinate the purchase together. Five couples might share a table, several families may come together, or one host may choose to invite the entire group. You do not have to fill the table alone. You simply need to begin with the people you would most enjoy having beside you.

much MORE THAN A dinner

The C.S. Lewis Dinner is a thoughtfully crafted evening intended to engage the whole person. Guests gather around beautifully prepared tables to enjoy:

  • An exceptional meal and generous hospitality
  • Good drink, music, and artistic expression
  • A compelling lecture rooted in the Christian intellectual tradition
  • Meaningful conversation with old and new friends
  • An evening of wonder, reflection, fellowship, and joy

It is an opportunity to step away from the noise and pace of ordinary life and spend an evening considering the ideas, stories, and convictions that help us become more faithful, courageous, gracious, and fully human.

Every year, the Lewis Dinners sells out, making this evening one of Pacifica’s most anticipated annual traditions.

EVENT SPONSORSHIP

The Lewis Dinner offers a glimpse of the kind of formational community Pacifica seeks to cultivate every day. A community shaped by Christian friendship, enduring ideas, meaningful conversation, beauty, and faithful engagement with the world.

Through event sponsorships, you can help extend that community to more families and their children. Each year, Pacifica provides more than $2 million in financial assistance, making a robust Christian liberal arts education accessible to students from communities across Orange County.

We invite you to sponsor The Lewis Dinner and help open the doors of Pacifica to more young people, giving them the opportunity to be formed in a community that teaches them to think and live well—to the glory of God.
