One member from each senior family should complete this Senior Year Form which includes confirming your graduate's name for the official Pacifica diploma, verifying their height and weight for your complimentary graduation gown, verifying the three guests (the graduate and parents) for Senior Dinner and acknowledging that your family will receive 10 tickets for the Commencement Ceremony. Please complete this form by Thursday, September 10, 2026. Pacifica has hired a professional photographer to take beautiful portrait pictures of each senior for the Yearbook. This free service, provided by the school, ensures that every senior has a professional-style photo to be included in the yearbook and used at graduation. These photos will also be available for purchase directly through the photographer.

We endeavor to schedule everyone during a free period, however that wasn't possible for all seniors. If there is a major issue with your portrait time slot, please email Andrea Smith. You are also welcome to switch with a classmate, but please let us know if you do that!
 
Please plan to be dressed and ready to go at your scheduled time. Each student will be photographed for 5 minutes on 15th street campus. Seniors may bring and change into nicer clothes for the session, but must be in uniform for the rest of the day. (For those with a time slot near the start or end of a period, be aware that you will be allowed to miss no more than 10 minutes of a class to get dressed).
 
Guidelines for Attire
In order to put forth a professional appearance in your photos, the following guidelines will be in effect:

Ladies: modest tops/dresses with no midriff or off-the-shoulder; skirt length must adhere to the Pacifica dress code (4 inches above the top of the knee)

Boys: collared/button-up shirts or nice sweaters are required; ties and blazers are optional
*It is not the responsibility of the photographer to monitor dress code, so those not dressed according to these guidelines may need to be retaken. Any costs for the retake will be the student's responsibility, so please dress appropriately. If in doubt, don't wear it.

Portrait Selection
You must select the professional photo you want to be used in the yearbook and for the slide show at graduation by Friday, December 18. Instructions on selecting your preferred portrait will be sent via email from Bianca Schneider at Bianca JoPhotography. If you do not select a photo, we will select one for you.

As part of Commencement Week, a time is set aside during Senior Dinner for a Pacifica teacher or staff member to speak about you in front of your peers and parents. This is a meaningful and enjoyable experience for each graduate, as it has been for Alumni past. A Google Form will be sent to Seniors in February to collect your preferred speakers; in the meantime, we encourage you to be thinking about who you would like to request.

Seniors should collect their caps and gowns, honors cords, and 10 Commencement tickets from the Front Desk anytime this week before they leave school on Thursday, May 13, 2027. As a reminder, caps should not be decorated and no additional cords or decor is permitted during the ceremony.

A worship service, reflecting on the spiritual growth of our seniors and preparing our hearts to send them out to live lives of faithfulness and contribution. Baccalaureate is reserved only for seniors and their parents. Attendance is expected from faculty, staff, every senior, and their parents. NOTE: This event begins promptly at 5 PM. Parents are asked to be seated in the chapel by 4:50 PM.

Senior Dinner is an intimate time of celebration and recognition for the senior class. The dinner is reserved only for seniors and their parents. Attendance is expected from faculty, staff, every senior, and their parents; no siblings or other family members attend this event.

A time for the seniors to formally and informally share with faculty and staff their thoughts and observations about their time at Pacifica. Attendance is expected of faculty, staff, and every senior.

All are welcome to attend this joyful, worshipful celebration of the members of our Senior Class as they receive their diplomas and commence to the next season of thinking and living.

All seniors, flag bearers, and other participants in the Commencement Ceremony should arrive by 3:30 PM. Professional photographers will take at least one photo of each graduate as they receive their diploma. They will also take candid shots throughout the event and will be available to photograph family groups after the ceremony. All pictures will be provided to families for free approximately one week after graduation.

Other notes: Flowers are not permitted in the Sanctuary. Leis in a closed container may be brought inside. We'll have tables outside for your convenience if you'd like to bring a bouquet to give to your graduate on the patio after the ceremony. Additionally, no drinks are permitted inside either.

We invite all seniors to attend College Discernment Day, a free resource in mentorship and guidance in sorting through college acceptances. This event is free and will be led ​by the College Counseling Office, partnered with Dr. Woods and Rev. Stratton.​ The day will include time for reflection, discussion, interaction with your peers, and fun!

​​​​​​The 2027 Disneyland Grad Night will be from the evening of Friday, June 4 to the morning of Saturday, June 5. Disneyland Grad Night Tickets are Full Day Park Hopper Passes (allowing entry into both Disneyland and California Adventure) with entry into the Grad Night Experience at Disneyland California Adventure starting at 9 PM.

1. NEW AS OF 2025: Students MUST collect a special wristband from a designated Pacifica Staff Member during one of the time slots listed below. Please schedule your arrival to Disneyland accordingly, so you can be sure to enter the park at one of the following time slots below. If you fail to get a wristband, you will NOT be able to enter either park early. Pick-Up Location is the Old La Brea Bakery/Earl of Sandwich Location at 1556 Disneyland Dr, Anaheim, CA 92802, next to the entrance of California Adventure.

   1. 10:00-10:30 AM - First Time Slot

   2. 1-1:30 PM - Second Time Slot

   3. 4-4:30 PM - Third Time Slot
       

2. START TIME: Grad Night at California Adventure begins at 9 PM. We must all enter the park as a group, therefore, you MUST meet at 8:40 PM at the outdoor patio of the Old La Brea Bakery/Earl of Sandwich Location - 1556 Disneyland Dr, Anaheim, CA 92802 - next to the entrance of California Adventure, to enter Grad Night. PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE.
    

3. LOST TICKETS: If you lose your Grad Night ticket, you will not be able to enter the Grad Night experience.
    

4. TRANSPORTATION: You CANNOT drive yourself to Disneyland; you MUST be dropped off!! Grad Night participants will not be allowed to park in the parking structure. When Grad Night ends at 2 AM, ALL students MUST return to Pacifica Christian on the school-provided bus. Please make arrangements for a ride home from the school around 2:30 AM.
    

5. UNIFORM RETURN REQUIRED: If you played a sport this past school year and have not returned your uniform and or equipment, you will not be given a Grad Night ticket until these items are returned. If you are not sure if you are missing something, please email kclarke@pacificaoc.org.
